Rhoda Grant, Highlands and Islands Labour MSP, will today call on the Scottish Government to distance itself from a report criticising the National Park Authorities.
The report, by the economics professor Neil Kay, was commissioned by Mike Russell, the environment minister, and will be raised in a Scottish Parliament debate this afternoon.
